Really? That's truly awful, if so. Doesn't make it right, for him or for Bourdon. Honestly I haven't seen people on the NYR board call him a bust. I mean people here are usually pretty understanding even of the Blackburn situation, labeling him a pick that didn't work out but definitely not a bust.
For those of us that posted here and/or were die-hard fans of the team, losing Chere was a terribly sad, emotional event, and as crass and idiotic as people here can be, I don't recall seeing him labeled as a bust. I hope not.
