People slam Baldwin for being one of the worst Pens owners, but I nominate Edward J. DeBartolo Jr. for the weirdest, most mobbed up Pens owner.

I agree with you.

Baldwin actually would have been a good owner if he had any financial stability. He at least invested the money that was made available to him into the team, with the aim to make them a contender. I'd take him over a Howard Ballard, or Bob Nutting type owner.
