I once heard they play 8 games because they are a major market, where as other teams might play no more than 5 games.

Not a big fan of exhibition games generally. Wife works until 5pm, plus crossing the border on a Friday night can be a real pain either by car or the tunnel bus. A friend of mine went last year and customs held everyone up with their bs and everyone ended up missing most of the 1st period.

Waiting for some tickets from people I know through work who have Wings season tickets to hook me up later in the season hopefully.

They should move the games around to different cities in Ontario. Or even move it to the East Coast of Canada to Halifax & St. John's.
