Since Keefe took over the job, the Leafs have once again received the fewest powerplay opportunities in the NHL... again.

I keep hearing about how the refs manage the game but it never seems to happen for us. The Panthers spent 4 straight minutes to start the period on the PP which was the dagger. The officiating is a f***ing joke.
