WORLD OF TANKS

Im sorry but Ben Scrivens looks like a male nurse or something. I just don't think NHL goalie when I look at him.

DD is the most overrated player by any franchise that I have ever seen. I can't see any GM trading for him, claiming him off waivers or giving him a 4 year/14 million$ contract. He has to be the most undesired player in the league. Amazing.

As much as I realize that losing is more important at this point I cannot ever watch a game hoping for the Habs to lose especially with DD not in the line up.

I still think the Habs should however consider trading Markov. He could bring back a solid young player. If Erat can get Forsberg I know Markov would be tantalizing for a team like Washington whose opportunity for a cup has never been better. Can you imagine Markov setting up Ovechkin for the one timer?

Caps have several solid young players to dangle.....

The Forsberg for Erat thing is like drafting a generational talent.
It ain't likely to happen too often...

IMO Washington don't really need a Markov.
Their PP is already well controlled on the halfwall by #19.
Trading for a second wave presence seems costly.
Not to mention a careful study of Markov's post season play should
dissuade most from taking a flying leap.

Trade him but I doubt the Caps have a huge interest.

Bergevin has a chance right now to get younger, retool and move salary. As much as I like Markov I hope that he is offered something by a contender that he cannot refuse. If a contender plays him 17-18 minutes per game he can he a huge asset through the playoffs

It's going to be a 6-5 game decided by a shootout.

And that shootout is going to go 17 skaters deep, as both teams miss the net on every breakaway attempt.

Danault and Markov both break 30 minutes in TOI.

You think those two goalies/defenses could go scoreless in 5 minutes of 3 on 3?

Hey, anyone from Ottawa -- is there a good sports bar open to teens where we can watch the game? I'm in town with the family tonight, staying downtown.

It's almost the equivalent of the McDonagh trade. Washington would have an absolutely filthy top 6 if they kept Forsberg.

Poor people who paid big bucks to see this game at the Bell.. on the other hand Scalpers might have to lower their prices to get rid of these tickets.. besides Chucky Subban Pacioretty and Gallagher this team is full of scrubs... and well the leafs.. maybe Rielly is worth the price of admission!

Actually looking forward to seeing more of the prospects in this one. It's a good opponent to place against obviously.

Glad to see MT say that this is a perfect opportunity to develop the young guns, just to put McCarron center of the 4th line
