That is pure nonsense. Hall is still the best forward available this season. The same things were said about Kessel/RoR until they were traded and immediately won cups.

Yes hes overrated and probably just a good 2nd liner so way worse than expected but you can do MUCH worse on your 2nd line

His team just lost its 17th in a row. He had 1 goal during that streak. He's a problem. I stand by what I said. I wouldn't take him for free.

Sure, you could do a lot worse on a 2nd line. But Toronto already has better. So why add Hall when he isn't better than what they have?
