Meh, the 1st pick of the draft I'm not a huge fan of.

Loved the others.

Did lead the entire USHL in scoring though.

First pick of the day I don't understand.

EDIT: hahah I see this is a common feeling

I don't really like drafting re entries, but this is about the time in the draft (this one in particular) where things seem to really fall off.

Picked essentially where he was ranked.

Was hoping for a goalie. Maybe Cameron Rowe?

Well, if he's going off to play college hockey we've got several years to see if he's a late bloomer a-la Trevor Moore.

Can't say I'm a fan of picking a 5'9 overager, though. Some of our scouts must have really liked what they've seen to take a guy like this in the fourth.

Oh well. Not every pick will turn into something anyways. Can just forget about this guy and hope he defies expectations down the road.

Adam Brooks Mk. II?

It does have that "vibe" to it, Brooks hasn't been a bad pick either so whilst I did scratch my head a bit when we drafted this kid I'm looking forward to seeing how he goes at Harvard next season

I like this pick. Project pick. Give him 4 years at Harvard and then 3 years with the Marlies. He'll come in and compete for a spot on the Leafs at 27

I like that when he's done at Harvard he'll be a grown ass man and Toronto should know what they have.... Crapshoot here, IMO.

Another Adam Brooks (light?)...
