Don't know if this is relevant enough for its own thread or been posted somewhere before.

Kind of B.S we have a back to back and a possibility of a game 7 back to back.

That the Canadian teams have to play back to backs in the playoffs is the biggest f***ing joke imaginable. f*** this stupid league, who gives a shit about the Flames and Canucks? Start us earlier so we don’t have to play back to back nights. It should never happen in the playoffs.

1 billion % agree.

How can they think this is fair and a level playing field when we are the only group that has to play back to backs?

This s*hit can decide a series and since all of our backups have been travestys lately it leaves a bad feeling in my mouth.

What a joke.

By the time the 2nd half of the back to back will be played leafs will be completing the sweep.

Leafs just got to play their game. We have a huge advantage at basically every position and the only way we lose or this series goes long is if we shoot ourselves in the foot with bad decisions and have trouble finishing routine danger chances again

And if they didn't play b2b's now and their series finished later, you'd be complaining that the other 3 teams in the Final 4 got more rest than the Canadian teams.

Always someone complaining about something.

Hey guys, both teams are playing the back to back lol. And we’re the better one

Yes and wear and tear adds up quickly in the playoffs so it makes sense to say something when the only division playing any back to backs is the Canadian one...no reason not to start the playoffs with the rest seeing as it’s all locked in and the ‘nucks v flames game means literally nothing

If one back-to-back is going to destroy a team for the whole playoffs, then that team probably doesn't deserve to win anything.

> Be a top NHL player, make the playoffs
> 1st RD features a b2b
> Unusual but you’re a pro, deal with it
> 2nd game of b2b, both teams exhausted
> Out of fatigue, opponent makes dumb play injuring you
> You’re out for the season but team moves on
> Team can’t handle adversity of losing you, loses in round 2 or 3
> Sit at home watching on TV, knowing you could’ve made a difference
> Rojac: If a back to back destroys you, you don’t deserve to win

Unless a team loses more than two of their top 5 or so players, they should still be able to be competitive. If they can't then that lack of depth is an issue.

And if a team falls apart because of losing one top player, they're not much of a team.

Do you remember they had a b2b in last year's playoff? The second-night game suck.

Not at all a fan of this schedule.

Curious to see what the Leafs do with Goaltending kn the back to back

Campbell is 4-1-1 against Montreal this year (.918, 2.16)
Andersen is 3-1-0 against Montreal this year (.912, 2.73)

I'm not particularly worried.
