While I'm excited at the prospect of our team being more offensive, what are Lavi's stats defensively with teams that he's taken over?

Islanders
00/01 268 goals against
PL 1st year 01/02 - 220 goals against - good improvement
02/03 Hurricanes 240 goals against.
PL st year - 03/04 209 goals against so a pretty good improvement.
08/09 Philly 238 goals against
PL 1st year 225 goals against - improvement.
Cullen also seems to thrive under Laviolette's system as well(not shocking since they won a Cup together) and he produced offensive numbers analogous to a 2nd line player...
2005-06 Carolina 78GP 25G 24A 49Pts
2007-08 Carolina 59 13 36 49
2008-09 Carolina 69 22 21 43 (Lavi was fired midway through 2008-09 season)
Seemed to utilize him a lot on the PP, it'll be interesting to see how he plays upon return from injury (which at the rate the Preds are playing could be conveniently delayed ) .
Beck is better than Clune. I still don't see room for either.
Love the guys heart and it seems like he is locker room gold, but Clunes been scratched at least the past two games in a row, so that view is definitely shared by HCPL it seems.
To echo your point, Clune only played in game #1. He's been a healthy scratch ever since.
Lavi is the team's biggest, most impactful acquisition. Huge. I can't wait for next season.
All I can find is 'multi year contract' Any idea of length of Laviolette's contract?
