Has it been confirmed at all if he'll get a start today? There's literally no good reason not to start him.
Guy has been horrid in the AHL, not exactly a good thing to play him against a hungry sharks team that loss last night. Rather give the ball to Scrivens at this point.
I would be all for it if he was doing well in the AHL. I also see SJ losing to CGY as a huge issue for us. Can't see them losing 2 in a row to bottom feeders. Could be a could 18-1 loss if Brossoit is in net.I guess, but if you think, as a franchise, you want to to develop this guy, then giving him a taste of how "far" there is to go isn't a terrible thing, imo, especially considering where the Oilers are.
