Land goalie training

Sorry if this has been answered before, did a search and couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know, or can point me in the right direction, of dry land training ideas for goalies? Ice time is very limited down here and I'm nowhere near an in-line rink.

Look at Vladislav Tretiak training videos on youtube. On that site, I have found several of his individual video including Soviet Training for dryland, Tretiak training, tretiak documentary where he meets Gretzky, and some other guys pro and amateurs that use it efficiently.

It involves a lot of drops and rises, a lot of squats, a lot of stretching, a lot of stretching, a lot of stretching and other stuff...
