Los Angeles is a glaring omission. Stafford’s former team was more interested than his current one.

Ahh upgrade no but you’d think Bill would try to give his second year QB a qualified OC, like Bill O’Brien. Not converting these HC failures to offense because they’re free.
I highly doubt Bill cares how much they cost. It's not his money and there is no salary cap for coaches. Probably has more to do with system familiarity and knowing there strengths and weaknessess. O'brien is undercontract as well.

So then why doesn’t Bill give them real coaching titles, because it would breach the contract with the team that’s currently paying them and Bill would have to pay them.

System familiarity lol, so that’s more beneficial than putting someone at OC that actually has successful experiences in offense?

Steelers hire Brian Flores, who is suing NFL over discrimination, as an assistant coach - The Boston Globe

Brian Flores is back in the NFL.
The Pittsburgh Steelers hired the former Miami Dolphins coach on Saturday to serve as a senior defensive assistant. Flores will specialize in working with Pittsburgh’s linebackers, a group that includes NFL Defensive Player of the Year T.J. Watt.

The hiring comes less than three weeks after Flores, who is Black, sued the NFL and three teams over alleged racist hiring practices following his dismissal by Miami. Flores led the Dolphins to consecutive winning seasons before he was fired in January.
Though he has returned to coaching in the league, Flores will not abandon the lawsuit.

So, do you tag JC Jackson with the hopes of working out a longer deal?

They have nothing behind him, can't let him walk.

I think somewhere in the range of 4/70-75 gets it done personally.

Most people who are successful aren't available. You can either bring in someone with no experience or bring in someone with experience who failed elsewhere.

Feel like he is definitely getting tagged this season. Not sure what happens from there

He coached WR here's 1 year and was a head coach for 2 years. I'd say he has offensive experience
Both experiences were horrible. He drove Daniel Jones into the ground and made a complete ass of himself in the meantime. Remember the 3rd down QB kneel? Was also rumored that he wasn’t very well liked in the WR room.

I know Bill can do no wrong in your eyes and you’re trying to spin it positively but these two bozos transitioning to offense with no positive experience in Mac’s second year is not good.

The issue was you said he no experience on that side of the ball which is incorrect. I'm well aware of his failures with the Giants. You're not going to get someone who succeeded at their last job, that's not the way it works. Like I said, if I'm choosing between someone who failed with our system or another. I'm at least taking our system to have a level of continuity.
