It's weird that he isn't as bad as Vancouver management and some fans thought...

Is it backwards day? Most Canucks fans thought he was good and other teams fans shit all over them and called him a cap dump that would cost a 1st to get rid of.

Generally, Canucks fans were sad to see Kuzmenko go and liked him a lot, but Tocchet didn't trust him so there's no need to keep him around signed for another season.

That’s what McDavid and Drai have done most of their career so far. Don’t their points have some value?
Flames fans comparing Kuzmenko to McDavid and Draisaitl..tough times in Cowtown
But I’m all for them winning meaningless games keeping them further from the lottery

Tocchet asked the guy to forecheck lmao. That’s all he did. He even looked past the fact that he is absolute ass defensively. As long as he forechecked, Kuzmenko would have had a big role on the Canucks. But he didn’t want to do that for some weird reason.

No one ever doubted his offensive skill.

He’s not a winning player.

Nah, look at the trade, they traded tons of assets to get rid of him and his contract, and the team's play hasn't improved much since the trade if improved at all.
Incorrect. They didn’t trade assets to get rid of him, they traded assets to bring in Lindholm.

Team play hasn’t improved because we lost the guy we traded Kuzmenko for and our elite #1 goalie to injury.

Just in time to keep us from gaining ground in the lottery

I think outside Celebrini and Demidov all other top10 players of the draft are pretty close by talent, so Calgary won't lose a lot if anything at all.

As I said it's weird... If it's not forecheck then what is it?

As a Canuck fan, horrible trade especially lindholm probably will be leaving. This trade might become the worst in canucks history. With 2 d prospects and 1st rounder to go with it. Watch him scores 40-50 goals consistently
Lol
He’s going to disappear when games matter
