Kinda felt like that one was there for the taking, with the injuries to their defense corps and starting an AHL goalie…but they just sort of fizzled after about 10 minutes.

Well, this team really struggles offensively and scored a combined two goals against the Devils this season.
The Devils, a team that hasn't gotten any goaltending this year....

It's just the same problem as it has been since the start of this franchise as the offensive players are way too easy to be kept to the outside and you end up taking shots from bad angles with next to no chance to actually score.

Gotta hope Francis enough balls(and support from ownership) to sell off and potentially fast to not end up having to take less for the guys you trade.

Havent posted one of these in a while...

Since returning from his injury, Schwartz has been invisible far too often. Burakovsky is quickly approaching "massive disappointment" in place of "hope he gets out of this slump". Last season when the puck was on his stick you could feel the ice tilt...this season he's barely noticeable.

Not sure who you expect Schwartz to be but he is past his prime and has been ever since he signed with the Kraken...

He was a 40 point player last season, this season he's still on pace for that but has been steadily declining each month. He's had 2 points (a goal and an assist) in the Kraken's last 10 games, coinciding with the end of their January winning streak. He's a top 6 skill forward that the team clearly relies on to drive offense, and he hasnt.
