Appreciate the insight into the technical issues Igor seems to have.

With Hank and his slumps I remember the talk being simply about him either being too aggressive or too deep but nothing further than that.

Nice to hear some details from our resident goalies about how Igor's stance is different, wider and lower, exposing the top of the net and decreasing his explosiveness.

I guess my point is Mika shouldnt be in the rotation up 3 goals. Just seems like too much risk

Idk the guy is our best PKer and the game was far from out of reach, we were also playing a man down in a really important game for the psyche of the team and fanbase. Potential injury is just an occupational hazard. You got him back out there quickly too Rammer, good job.

If some of these guys play out the majority of their contracts and win a Cup?

Mika Fox Shesterkin Panarin Kreider all most likely go up there. I mean think of the pts Panarin in particular is putting up as a Ranger.

Be really surprised if Fox Kreider aren’t up there regardless of Cup or not.

I want what I want
I'm a bit concerned about his injury history as he ages but if he stays healthy, I have no doubt he's going to adapt his game to be effective.

He and Chris are both highly adaptable and can do whatever asked of them, which bodes well for the future.

Kreider is about to be 32 in April and has been banged up so many times, and yet the last two seasons are arguably the best he's ever been. He's gonna have 30 goals and close to 60 points, ho hum.

Zibanejad already has 30 goals and 60 points. McDavid ruins perception a bit. Zibanejad is very quietly 22nd in scoring.

Mika....not bad for a 20ft player.

So, when do y'all think Kane needs to pack and get his ass moving if he is going to be in the lineup tomorrow night? Or, maybe he's already in NYC?
