All the best to Kimmo I hope he gets his ring. Second favorite defenceman of all time behind Bourque. There was absolutely nothing you could take away from the guy, an amazing role model. Timonen is exactly what you can never become.

As much as I appreciate Kimmo, I can't cheer for a third Cup for Chicago. Unless of course Chicago beats LA in the WCF and then faces Pittsburgh or New York in the Finals!

Would have much rather have seen him land in Nashville where I would have had no reservations about cheering for him. Shame on Hextall for not considering my feelings lol.

He won't get his number retired, because he won't get into the Hall of Fame, but he'll get his run around the legends honoree circuit with a night next year and later the Flyers Hall of Fame.

i cant cheer for them either. its unfortunate that hes gone to one of the many teams i hate.
