If Columbus could flip Savard/Nuti + whatever for another C, I could see why the Jackets would like this. I also think Jenner would bring an element that Toronto would benefit from. He's a pain in the *** and can fill in wherever.

Would having another center change things, CBJ fans?

Nah... realistically the value is pretty good, but there is a reason people don't want to trade Jenner.

His skillset doesn't grow on trees.

If we had a legit #2C? Maybe. Another part of the problem is that we've got a lot of depth scoring wingers, so it's kind of hard to find motivation to pursue either Johnsson or Kapanen.
