Given the minimal nature of the suspension it’s quite obvious the dop must sympathize with Kadri somewhat. Parros as a former enforcer probably took exception to how disrespectful DeBrusk’s hit on Marleau was and cut Kadri some slack.

Was thinking the same thing.

Everyone knew the officials dropped the ball in that game, and they just couldn't bury it since it was a major game and it embarrassed/called into question the league's ability to officiate.

A floating suspension based on the series, was a very smart decision on the leagues part.

Kicking him out of this series for his actions, prevents any further issues this round.. Next round when he returns he needs to control his temper better.
