No. We have Bozak, Kadri, Matthews, Holland, Laich already as proven NHL Cs, then Nylander and Marner who have both played significant time at C in the Jr/Minor pro leagues. We also have Gauthier and other Marlies who could be called up.
Our C depth is actually better then our LW depth, I dont see the point in moving him, in addition to the fact hes been terrible at it when he has tried professionally.

In all fairness, they threw him to the wolves and after every game he had the whole army of reporters in his face talking about his struggles. The coaching staff should have protected him and give him the proper time to get his head on straight.
He's a great winger, weak centre. We only tried it in the past because we were desperate for centres. Now we have Matthews, Kadri, Nylander, Bozak, Holland and Laich who are all natural centres, though some will move to the wing due to the logjam. No reason to play our top winger out of position just to add to this logjam.
