Now that Julien BriseBois has extended as GM with the two-time defending Cup champs, it’s a no-brainer that Cooper has also begun his talks to extend which sources confirmed over the past week. A lot of people around the league are curious to see what he will sign for next. Coaches’ salaries have risen in an impactful way over the past several years and whether it’s the pandemic or not, I sense some owners wanting to curb that back a bit.
