I have never been a Bailey detractor, but right now he is playing himself off this team. His passing has been terrible and, if he isn't defensively responsible, he is useless. And, even when his game is clicking, he is essentially redundant skills wise.

Bailey is a great passer the only problem is that it's to the wrong team

Bailey is one of the weakest links on the team; his consistent lack of hustle and effort are disgusting. I wish he had been traded like 4-5 years ago.

It would be nice to get his $5 mil off the books ,along with Leddy,Knuckles,Ladd, MDC,Martin,Lee,Komarov, Bailey,Brassard and although I love him Boychuk. If we can get rid of half of them we will have good money to spend on offense. Besides the UFA’s

Coming here from the NHL all time draft thread . Irv "Ace" Bailey played in the 1920s-30's and Garnet "Ace" Bailey played in the 60's-70's. Does Josh "Ace"Bailey fit better than some of the other names ( good and not so) he is called here ? Stay safe all its far from over.
