There should be a penalty call review if it's 2 or 5. In this case, it's should be a 2, not 5. The ref got this wrong, imo.

That's a weird hit, because even though his face hits the glass it seems like the majority of the contact is at waist level.

From the slomo it looks fairly inoculous, but I suspect at full speed Anderson accelerates into the hit pretty badly.

Can definitely be charging/boarding. More a 2 than a clear 5, but if there was injury to the face, unfortunately it does get upgraded.

No suspension though.

Knowing the punishment before seeing the clip, honestly I was expecting much worse. That's not worth a 5 minute penalty and ejection.

Folingo got 2 minutes for standing in front of goalie and being pushed. Then this mythical 5 minutes. I mean what injury means? Kempny sold it more than he was hurt, this game is already decided by the refs. The league should have announced that they want Pens-Caps series so I wouldn't have bothered watching all that circus. Du Soleil is much better anyway.

Kempny has not returned since that hit.
