Brutal call by the refs. They need to stop making these calls based on guys getting injured due to their own stupidity. Are kids not taught how to safely receive a hit anymore?

I'd give Anderson a warning. I saw an above view angle and Kempny already got rid of the puck to the point where Anderson should have slowed down.

I agree. I had to turn it off and go back to our local Fox Sports coverage. The NBC/USA broadcast team were being Caps homers the entire first period.

Its a 2 minute boarding if he keeps the elbow down (even though he doestn connect, it brings him up). Was a wreck less hit and could have cost us, but if that warranted a 5, so did Wilson's hit on Wennberg
