Once he returns, who do you think he should play with?

I wanted him to have a chance to play with McDavid but I'm not sure we want to split the 67-97-10 line.

Do we go back to the 4-93-14 line?

I hope TM gets Eberle on the PP with McDavid at least.

I don't think the McDavid-Yak pairing should be broken up, they're playing too well together. When full healthy, I'd like to see:

Hendricks - RNH - Eberle
Pou - McDavid - Yakupov
Hall - Lander - Korpikoski
Klinkhammer - Letestu - Purcell

Eberle will be with Hall and Nuge to start. I can't see the coach trying to overthink things there.

eberle

it's gotta be either:

Pouliot/RNH/Eberle
Hall/McDavid/Yakupov

or

Hall/RNH/Eberle
Pouliot/McDavid/Yakupov

the other two lines are some combination of:
Hendricks - Lander - Korpikoski
Klinkhammer - Letestu - Purcell

although I'd much prefer to see Slepyshev to be playing in the bottom two lines and leaving a Klinkhammer or Purcell in the press box

whatever makes the most sense in terms of match-up with the opponent and has the best line-mate chemistry

Line 1. Kid Line (Hall - RNH - Ebs)
Line 2. ConYak line (Pou - McD - Yaks)

Klinkhammer - Letestu - Eberle

Put Eberle with Hall and RNH, he will help both of them.

McDavid stays with Yakupov and Pouliot.

This is pretty much a no brainer.

I know some will think otherwise but when Ebs comes back I'd like to see:

Hall-Nuge-Eberle
Pou-McDavid-Yak
Slepy-Lander-Pakman
Korpi-Letestu-Purcell

I know it is a lot of youth, especially on the third line, but it is pretty clear the bottom 6 needs a shake up. Give that line a few games to see if they can produce, if not then switch it up. Top two lines are common sense.

I enjoy that, Hendricks over Purcell. Many options over Purcell.

You could also throw Mcdavid with Hall and Yak.

That is very soft but maybe add some more muscle to defence if that's the case, can not have the boys getting run over.

I'd like 3 lines going.

Pouliot - Nuge - Eberle
Hall - Lander - Slepy
Pak / Hend - McD - Yak
Korpse - Letstu - Hend / Pak

Hall-McDavid-Yak

I think Hall can be coached to lug the puck less and give it to ConYak more

I dont think we are ready for 3 scoring lines. Lander isnt as good so far this year. Hed drag a skill line down. Slepy isnt ready either

Maybe in a yera if Slepyshev develops more and Lander rebounds, but right now we are very well suited for 2 really god top lines

I know Pouliot has had success with McYak but I think the obvious decision would be

Pouliot - RNH - Eberle
Hall - McDavid - Yakupov

Todd seems to like pairs....also not sure if lander will be a centre in the 2nd half if Drai is called up...would love to see 3 strong scoring lines with an elite puck carrier on each

???-McD-Yak
Hall-Drai-????
???-RNH-EBS
Hendricks-Letestu-Klink
The ??? Could be any combo of Pou,Lander,Purcell,Slepy,Pak...
As the game goes on u can double shift and put together the top six of
Hall/RNH/Ebs
Drai/McD/yak
