The Ducks are seemingly unable to get rid of Fedorov's salary, so they request permission to toss him back into the draft and select someone else. At this point, they will act as if this move has been approved by the rest of you guys.

It's your game, so you can make up the rules. It wasn't your fault that the Ducks were left in cap hell when you had to take them over. I made the best effort I could to make a deal with you to help you out and you got rid of some big salaries in the process. Do what you want...I think you should wait until the very end of the draft to make this re-pick. Just one person's opinion...

Whoops...

To finish up their draft, the Canucks pick center Patrick O'Sullivan. The Canucks feel that with the likes of O'Sullivan, Kesler, Daley, DiPietro, Komarisek, Tootoo, Jokinen, Huselius and Morrow forming a very young and talented core for the future. And the current core is in their prime, so the Canucks feel they can be a contending team for a long time.

The Senators are pleased to select defenseman Keith Ballard. The Sens feel that, like the Canucks, that they also have a good young core for the future.

It seems no one has any objections to me cutting Fedorov loose, so the Ducks will pick up right winger Miroslav Zalesak, who lit up the AHL this year and could probably contribute in a NHL role this upcoming season.

Yay, we finished the draft! Cutting the teams down sure did the trick, the draft moved quite smoothly. Anyways, we should all post our teams and then maybe do a few polls to say who's the best and stuff, IMO.

We haven't all finished up yet; we need to get back to the top one more time (we're in the 14th at this point).

I've got a quick question before I post my final roster and salaries. We had set specific salaries for players that did not have a salary listed on the sites we used. I know it went by round but I can't remember what the figures were. I need it for Andy Chiodo.

I made a thread to post rosters in, just so they'll all be in one place. I know it sounds like extra typing, but copy/paste is a beautiful thing.
