Line Combos: John Michael Liles an option ?

I don't get why Carlyle doesn't give JML a shot. He is with the Marlies now but they are paying his cap hit - 900 k so why not give him a shot. He is a veteran D that could come up settle things down.

Sure he is another offensive D but maybe its time to move Franson for a legit two way solid D to a team looking for a PP specialist/offensive D.

Right now there is a small amount of interest in him so risking having to put him through waivers again we might lose him for free when there might be a profit to be made. Either way I don't care if that happens may as well do it if we lose him thats good we get out from under his contract.
