A healthy Leaf team without Kadri getting suspended was better than the Bruins

It took Kadri being suspended from game 2 onwards for the Bruins to even win a game 7.

Kadri eliminated the biggest advantage that the Leafs had.

The Bruins had no answer for Matthews, Tavares AND Kadri.

Bergeron line can only shut one down, leaving Krejci and a shit 3rd line to matchup against Tavares-Marner and the Kadri 3rd line.

I can not remember but did Kadri play on the penalty kill during the 2018-19 Season?

The reason I ask is because in Game 6 against Boston when Toronto was up 3-2 during that series with a chance to eliminate them, I thought the difference was the Bruins power play.

The Maple Leafs were leading in the 1st period by a score of 1-0, however the Bruins scored back to back power play goals at the 11:23 and 17:02 mark to take a 2-1 lead. That day the Leafs penalty kill went 0/2 and the Bruins power play went 2/2.

The only 5v5 goal Boston scored was their 3rd goal because their 4th goal was into the empty net.

Babcock did well as a coach. He made mistakes and had a shorter shelf life than I expected.
