As a goalie you have to save your team sometimes. Good or bad periods of play.

This reminds me of a discussion I had last night, where it was all about arguing with no context. Just because a goal gets by a goaltender doesn't mean he's at fault. Pretty much any goalie gets lit up in that period against Dallas. Hiller was yanked because Boudreau wanted to wake the team up.

Why does our broadcast network always seem to think we want to hear the announcement in French? We don't. It isn't a novelty anymore. It's annoying.

I don't understand what the defencemen are supposed to do when they get the puck at the back-end, none of the forwards are making themselves availible for a good pass due to poor positioning and even poorer speed.
