I wouldn't mind seeing Laine moved to the top line tonight with Wheeler and Scheifele.I think if we don't get it done tonight we gotta reunite TLC. Reconfigure the lines to allow for that and sick them on the top line. Get CSW (or whatever that line would be away from the head to head). Harder to do without last change but not impossible.

Why wait?I think if we don't get it done tonight we gotta reunite TLC. Reconfigure the lines to allow for that and sick them on the top line. Get CSW (or whatever that line would be away from the head to head). Harder to do without last change but not impossible.
since Scheif and wheeler wont be split.. ideally we'd go with..
Laine - Scheif - Wheels (Bozak)
Connor - Hayes - Ehlers (Barbashev)
Copp - Lowry - Tanev (ROR)
Perreault - Little - Lindholm (Sundqvist))
CLT takes on the ROR line. Hayes and the speedy wingers take on the Barbashev line which really frees them up but limits their ice time 5v5. Scheif and Wheels go after Bozak and Little's line is tasked with shutting down Sundqvist, Perron and Schwartz
Why wait?
This team gives off a vibe like "the house hasn't burned down yet so don't run just because the house is on fire."
Yeah I agree.I more meant I don't see Maurice making any big switches just yet. Not that he shouldn't make them.

I don’t really like Lindholm in favour of Roslovic, but if they put that line out against O’Reilly, I can at least see the argument for it. I doubt Maurice decides to keep Scheifele away from O’Reilly, though and then we end up with the shutdown line out there against a line that ultimately isn’t very threatening.
I’m assuming this means it’s a full-on checking line against the Blues top line. Will be interesting. I also called it, for the record.
May Binnington shyte the bed with the grace of a dog.
He quite literally knows no other way.More conservative coaching by Moe. A game after only being able to score only a single goal and not generate a crazy amount of chances our coach elects to take out a more talented offensive player for a player with absolutely zero offense.
This works for me.since Scheif and wheeler wont be split.. ideally we'd go with..

It was just a matter of time.

for those star wars geeks out there:
the trailer for Episode 9 was just released today
Why is Darren Millard doing Jets TV? I understood he left Sportsnet for other opportunities, but this seems like a massive demotion.
That makes more sense. Millard comes across as a little awkward on TV.I've been wondering this also. I'm thinking he didn't leave Sportsnet quite so willingly (perhaps they couldn't come to an agreement on a new contract?). He's probably doing JetsTV just as something to keep busy IMO, and not as a long-term gig.
