In-house there's Flynn or Chris Clark.

Off the top of my head outside the org would be Eric Tulski (Carolina) or Darche (Tampa).

I'd prefer an experienced candidate rather than an up and comer.

Not sure if he'd take the job, but I'd like to see Chris MacFarland brought in to replace JD and let him find a GM.

I expect we'll hear JD announce his retirement at some point before next season.
