We need someone who can bring offense out.. there's literally not one person employed on this team at the NHL or AHL level who understands offense.

I'm mostly in agreement, although Lemaire is better than no assistant at all. Who do you have in mind? I would prefer someone who can step in as head coach right away, personally, not a career assistant. I've said elsewhere that it could be Boucher, if the team still feels that French is important, but need not be. I want someone who will not be MT's puppet.
