Dude he landed the 21 overall pick and Pionk for Trouba.Watch Chevy accept Skjei as part of a Laine trade.

what do faceoffs have to do with anything?
not for 8 million they dont.I bet you wish the Jets had a guy like Trouba.
Does Lafreniere play Centre, kid would look great in a Leafs uniform? Leafs would be willing to part with Muzzin.Does Marner still play center? Something around Marner and Trouba? Although Rags probably don’t like Marners cap hit.
I went from an ADA hater to a pro ADA guy, but he cannot "throw hands with the best of them" he's tough but he's small. While he may KO the Kyle Okposos of the league, they are far from the best of them. ADA has to stay in his lane or the real tough guys in this league will serve him a plate of piping hot reality. He's not Tie Domi. It’s much harder to replace the skill of DeAngelo & Fox than it would be to find a shutdown Dman, and that can be found for a LOT less than 8 mill. Lindgren is a tough cookie, Miller is a monster, DeAngelo can throw hands with the best of them. I don’t think we’re too soft, and if we traded Trouba for a LD I’d be targeting a big, defensive-minded guy
His girlfriend is calling shots here, so offers have to be send to her.
It doesn’t kick in until next season
Unless there's a significant add from the Rangers, Leafs wouldn't touch that regardless.Took 26 faceoff's this year and won 7. Trouba won't want to play in Toronto anyways
Doesn't kick in until Oct 9 Trouba can be moved without his say so, Though i doubt Gorton moves him.Trouba has a full no move clause in his contract. He's not going anywhere.
It kicks in next Friday, But yeah Trouba isn't getting dealt. It doesn’t kick in until next season
Yup, He's not going anywhere.Wasn't Trouba only willing to go to NYR or the Red Wings. He got a huge money contract with a full NMC. He's not getting traded.
The only reason Trouba chose New York was because his wife is going to be a future Dr there, That's the only reason. The guy has a NMC and basically ended up in NY specifically because that's one of the few places he was willing to sign a deal in the first place. He's not going anywhere. And frankly...that shouldn't really be that big of a concern to NYR fans. He's a good, impactful, all-around Top-3 Defenceman, and the best thing they've got, despite some wonky analytics "insights".
This. Guy is a legitimate 1B d-man. He got better as the season went on. In the play ins he was the best D we had. He is the only big minute eating D rangers have currently. But because of Fox deangelo and nils in the system and to some extent skinner NYR fans think it would be ok to deal him. He plays against the best in the world every night and does a good job insulating the youth. Fox and Deangelo had such great seasons because of trouba taking those match ups. Plus he has a mean streak which we need more of not less. He goes nowhere barring an ugly divorce. The key is finding a mobile good decision making partner to pair him with ( like josh Morrissey) to maximize his talents. Hopefully Robertson or K’Andre Miller can be that guyYup, He's not going anywhere.
