Conversely, Ukraine is foolishly perpetuating a war they cannot win and stubbornly c***b***ck any chance at a diplomatic solution to end the hositilities.

Let Russia have Crimea and Donbass where most people identify as Russian. Ukraine now has perhaps the 2nd or 3rd most formidable land army in the world (and has received more military aid this year than any other country’s national defense budget outside of the US) and should guarantee they will serve as a neutral buffer between Nato and Russia. Boom War over , we get Russian hockey back on the intl stage and get vital Russian oil and natural gas flowing again, stabilizing the global economy/ energy markets.

Additionally we may prevent the imminent famine that imperils hundreds of millions of people in the developing world, as it would allow Ukraine to resume planting and harvesting wheat which accounts for a vast majority of the world’s wheat exports
