Hynes is definitely gone after this year.
We'll hire Boudreau or Babcock or some big name.
That seems to be the plan. Maybe Hynes goes even before April.
Let's open the time capsule in April and see if I'm right, I have a feeling I will be.
Although, I also thought Schneider/Blackwood wouldn't be the goalie tandem to start the 19-20 season, but I'm pretty confident Hynes will be done here by the end of the year at the latest.
Unless we make the playoffs.
I’m really close to giving up on Shero. Hynes needs to go. Yesterday. The team is so directionless. They have no confidence in themselves and nothing to fall back on. Only Castron should be safe. /endrantIs Ray really going to concede the season?
This team is going to get stomped on by Carolina tomorrow.
If John isn't gone by Monday we need to start calling for Shero's head.
He might be.He better be out before thanksgiving at this rate.

Nothing is lost by November 2nd.the season is lost. This home stand was the nail in the coffin. The hope now is changes are made and they correct thing to be able and compete the rest of the year and to build off of for next year.
Contract extension incoming. So let's see what Hynes has managed to accomplish so far:
1) Completely lose any hope of making the playoffs before the end of October
2) Fail to properly implement most of the new players into the lineup
3) He's completely lost control of his best player, so much so that he's now taunting his own fans on home ice.
4) Team is in a complete death-spiral a-la the Johnny Mac era.
I mean, what more do you need to see?
Just purge the entire coaching staff tonight and let Fitz stand on the bench with a few other management/coaching staff until we hire a new coach.
Shero just gonna let another season waste away. Sadly even with a change they are done already.
I mean you gotta admit it's impressiveSo let's see what Hynes has managed to accomplish so far:

Season is salvageable if we bring in someone who knows what defensive structure is. Clock is ticking though.
