I’m really close to giving up on Shero. Hynes needs to go. Yesterday. The team is so directionless. They have no confidence in themselves and nothing to fall back on. Only Castron should be safe. /endrant

Salvageable with what? It's partially the players as well. Team core is deeply flawed.
