:wings POST TRADE DEADLINE ROSTER

Tyler Bertuzzi - Dylan Larkin - Anthony Mantha
Miles Wood - Andreas Athansaiou - Michael Rasmussen
Vallteri Filppula - Frans Nielson - Taro Hirose
Darren Helm - Luke Glendening - Justin Abdelkader

Danny Dekeyser - Filip Hronek
Patrik Nemeth - Trevor Daley
Dennis Cholowski - Jonathan Ericsson

Jimmy Howard
Jonathan Bernier

Trades:

- Miles Wood for WAS 2020 2nd round pick + Conditional 4th round pick
- Mike Green for Mackenzie Weegar, Serron Noel, Conditional 2nd (becomes 1st if Panthers make conference finals) + conditional 3rd (if Panthers make 2nd round)

We acquired some nice picks, a young top-9 forward, and a good prospect.

Voting:

Our team is utterly awful. Goaltending is bottom-5 in the league, and our defense group may well be the worst in the history of the game. Our team is littered with overpaid vets who need icetime to make their contracts look all right. Our top line is decent, and our depth falls apart after that. At least the Sens have Chabot and Tkachuk. VOTE US LAST!

Added 3 impact players and a goalie upgrade to a cup-winning lineup. Think that deserves a repeat.

Damnit, missed the deadline?

Was off for 4 days for the Jewish holidays and couldn't get on much.

Here to talk post-deadline trades!

Standings Voting

Please fill out the Google Forms GM Game Standings Vote

The form will help us determine the final regular-season standings. Numbers correspond to point totals, not ranking! The top team in each division will receive the most points (starting with 7 or 8), with each following team receiving one less point than the previous (down to 1). I will then add up the point totals from all the standings I have received and come out with the final standings. Same rules as the NHL apply.

Please closely read the rules before voting. The number values do not represent placing, but rather points, as has always been the case with standings votes in these games. Teams finishing first in their respective division should receive the most points (7 or 8), while teams finishing last in the division should receive the least (1).

The form does not require a google sign in, thus anyone who clicks on the link can answer it. To eliminate potential "troll votes" or people submitting multiple votes - please be sure to answer the final question in the form, and PM me on here with your answer. Votes without corresponding PM's will not count.

Voting will end after 10 votes.

Between what Ray did for the Devils, and my addition of Lindholm without losing anything off the roster, I very much think the Devils should be competitive this season. If they don't make the playoffs I'll be mad at voters!

Thanks for this! Also I find it funny that you have to put the whole points not standings thing in twice in 4 sentences.

Stoked to see Columbus last in their division!

Vote Dallas over Nashville. We beat em last year, plus their jerseys are ugly.
