Ah okay. I thought it was a full.LNTC, the SC winner is a team he would like to join if traded.

Been busy the last couple of days. Still on the hunt for a top 6 winger, had one discussion but nothing imminent. Also looking for a 1b goalie/solid, proven backup. We have young assets like Jost available plus all futures not named Byram and Makar. Not too keen on moving Timmins either but we will depending on the winger and their current contract status.
On another note, we re-signed Mikko Rantanen. 6 years @ 9.7m full NMC. I’m assuming since this was already approved by the RFA agent that this is what I’ll be using?
We have pretty much two deal in place for Petry but that can’t be completed right now due to other teams cap situation. The first one to figure things out will likely get him, but it’s not too late to jump in with your offer.
We are still exploring trade options foe Chiarot (retention possible) or Kulak.
Looking to trade our 2020 1st and Justin Braun (expiring contract) for the best two-way center I can get. Salary coming back can’t be higher than Braun.

Bolts acquire Jeff Petry
In a blockbuster deal, the Tampa Bay Lightning have acquired RHD Jeff Petry from the Montreal Canadiens and GM @Dichow Stopper . Petry reported waived his L-NTC for Tampa, and is "ecstatic" to become a part of the Lightning. "They're a fantastic team, as everyone knows, and hopefully I can help bring a Cup to Tampa", he said regarding the move. Petry is expected to play on the top pairing with Norris winner Victor Hedman, as well as becoming a PK staple.
Tampa Bay is also acquiring goalie Charlie Lindgren.
The Habs are acquiring several strong pieces for the future: Alex Barré-Boulet, a 22-year-old center prospect who's put up gaudy numbers in both the QMJHL and the AHL. His 34 goals with the Syracuse Crunch tied for the league lead in goals and were the most by any AHL rookie. He also finished 6th in points in the AHL last year. Additionally, the Habs acquire a conditional 1st round pick (they will receive the highest pick owned by Tampa in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft) as well as a 2021 2nd round pick owned by Tampa. Jan Rutta and Mike Condon are also moving to Montreal due for cap purposes.
In a separate move, Tampa has sent down Gemel Smith, Cory Conacher, and Charlie Lindgren. All are currently in on AHL rosters.
