Ok whatever, but he didn't take a face-off and he's one of our key guys so what on earth does that say
He took 6 faceoffs, according to hockey reference. I don't know what you're talking about.

He's a winger. He doesn't take faceoffs on the PP because we set up for his shot. He only takes strong-side face-offs normally anyway (expect for a few games ago where he played more of a standard C role). We also haven't been trotting him out as much on the PK lately.

Also - the games against Carolina just didn't have a ton of faceoffs. Very few stoppages.

Johnson was at at 63% so they probably let him take most of the draws since he was hot but yeah Stamkos has 6 FO's according to the game sheet, not sure what he's looking at.

there’s no video, but this is most likely the incident that caused it from the middle of the 3rd period yesterday

Next time the Lightning and hawks tangle someone needs to take Murphy out. Preferably up high

"He's following the schedule very methodically, following the protocol and working hard with our therapists to get his range of motion back, get his strength back," BriseBois said. "Now he's skating so it's getting those muscles to start firing up again. It is a process. It's a long rehab. It's a significant injury. But many hockey players have gone through it, including some of our players in years past, Brayden Point and Yanni Gourde to mention two of them. As of now everything indicates that he is right on track and he'll make a full recovery. When I see him every now and then his spirits are high and he's itching to get back playing again and ramping up what he's allowed to do."

Looking good, he'll get over 2 months of skating. He can take his time since he's already ruled out of the RS, lots of players are usually rushed by because they don't want to miss games.

The mainboards: The league needs to start protecting it's super stars. Look what's happening to McDavid!

Also mainboards after Kucherov gets clobbered in the playoffs: Lolz, why isn't he playing?
