Despite the fact that, assuming the Season is over, the 2019-20 Season played 148 Games less than the 2014-15 Season, there were Nearly as many goals scored in 2019-20 as there were in 2014-15. The 2019-20 Season had 6448* Goals while 2014-15 had 6543* Goals.
*Excludes Shootout Goals.

Who is the true PP specialist?
Victor Olofsson (Buffalo Sabres). His first 7 goals in NHL are all PPG (2 last season). Thats a new NHL record.
In season 19/20 he scored 20 goals, 17 in Power Play.

That means, from his NHL goals, 19 are PPG,. Plus he had already 4 GWG and 1 OTG.

Very interesting. I say, give him more ice-time.

Kucherov is over PPG in his career, so 7 assuming there are no more omissions.
