You meant to say under right ?? I went and picked up a family friend who got the roadside suspension a couple of years ago. I think she blew .05 or something like that, pretty sure there were other consequences too, but i don't recall the details. She wasn't drunk, maybe not even buzzed.
Bert, otoh, was hammered. Wonder how many beers/shots/whatever it takes for a guy that big to blow a .25. Must be a helluva lot! Hate to use the cliche 'old enough to know better', because it's the same crime in the eyes of the law, but yeah he's old enough to know better. Probably still rich enough to catch a cab, uber, whatever, anywhere he wants to go as well.
