Jeff Blair of Sportsnet reports that the Tigers have spoken to the Blue Jays about Dioner Navarro.
Navarro has also been drawing some trade interest from the Diamondbacks, though Blair writes Monday that Toronto "won’t move him unless it gets a pitcher in return." The 31-year-old catcher batted .274/.317/.395 with 12 home runs and 69 RBI in 139 games last season for the Jays. He is due $5 million in 2015 and can then become a free agent.

Neither of those is a surprise. Tigers I'm sure are doing some mild tire kicking for obvious reasons but he won't be out long so I doubt they pay up for him. Diamondbacks make the most sense but I'm sure AA is holding firm on his ask that they don't seem to want to accommodate.
