Yes. Just like almost all Russian d menCan he play the right side?
Can he play the right side?
And he wasn't exactly a world beater in any of these categories. He definitely needs a great partner if on the top pairing. If he’s anything like he was in Philly. No.
Left side.
Top power play
Top PK
Top pairing.
Or else he wasn’t happy.

Unless its somehow genetic, Ivan has been in Pennsylvania before he played pee-wee…Yes. Just like almost all Russian d men
CBJ isn’t a good club because their top minute guys lack a winning culture. It’s time to move on from Provorov, regardless of the return. Just take the best offer. Addition by subtraction.Unless its somehow genetic, Ivan has been in Pennsylvania before he played pee-wee…
Not a rd.
Pricey at 4.7 mil +1 y for 3 pts -4 last 10g.
Can find ufas at half that price.
Oh yes.was he ever paired with ghost in phili ?
ive been thinking pro n ghost duo , but seeing this gets me thinking detroit might be wondering about a ghost n gudas duo as gudas is exactly what detroit needsOh yes.
But it was mostly Niskanen, Braun or Gudas depending on season.
19-20 his best season Ghost was only his 6th most frequent partner. It was basically Niskanen who left for covid after 1 good season
Is he a total liability on the defensive side of the puck? How is his physicality and foot speed?
A team would be stupid to trade a 1st for him.
But I can see someone being stupid and doing it.
It's not rare, which is what I implied. But also, in this case it would be dumb. But dumber deals have been made at the deadline. We've got endless Philly fans still processing their disappointment that he didn't become a #1D, but the truth is right now that Provorov is a pretty boring player. There's nothing much exciting about his game, and nothing much wrong with him either. You want a steady middle pair D? There you go.
Provorov has been pretty average defensively this year. He looked above average for the first month but has seemingly lost interest / focus. It lends the impression that he doesn't want to be a Jacket.
Hits are maybe average as well. But he takes contact with ease and is extremely durable. Foot speed is high end but he isn't above average in actual speed. Too many squats.
Teams trade late 1sts for middle pair D, it's not that rare.
