LOL There was like 57 minor penalties committed in that sequence.

He passed the stick behind his back to his other hand in the middle of doing all that!

I always forget about John Tavares. He's wasting away on Long Island, jesus.

Says a guy who roots for the Canucks that also has Mathew Barzal as his User name......and I know that you root for the Isles, as well..;)

Passing the stick behind his back with a defender on him isn't as difficult as he made it seem. I was never very good and that was something I did regularly to regain control.

Of course... I never managed to follow it up with a goal. And the guys defending me weren't in the NHL...

Step 1 : get in trouble while carrying the puck.

Step 2 : Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, start

Step 3 : Profit

Accurate thread title is accurate

I'd like to see the Isles get it together and give JT an actual chance at a Cup

That's was one of the strangest and nicest goals I think I've ever seen. The first time I watched the gif I had no idea what happened. Took a few tries to figure it out.

Very nice.
