Surprising he's still available
He did start playing better in Nashville after Hynes took over but I think he would be a better fit in Columbus at this point.
Tolvanen's gonna be 22 this year, it's time to sink or swim with him, and if not him Tomasino or Trenin can absolutely replace what Granlund brought, or rather didn't bring.
we told him to focus on his defensive game. He did and it improved alot.... in the mean time him offensive numbers doveAs a side note, what’s going on with Tolvanen? A couple years ago, I recall he was pretty highly touted, but just looking at stats, doesn’t seem to be progressing as well. I haven’t followed him much so stats probably don’t tell the story. What’s the expectation for him? What’s holding him back(if anything)?
Minnesota and Carolina would be great for him, I think. Perhaps Montreal.
Nashville was a terrible fit for his playstyle. I was surprised they even traded for him. Perhaps they just wanted to get rid of Fiala.

I think the reason it didn't work out was Lavi's system. He's gone now, so I think this time it could be different.I'd hope not. It didn't work here. However, Preds missed out on Hall, and might be desperate for a top 6 winger.
