Yoga.

I have an issue with a lack of flexibility in my hips and did yoga for the first time last week. Felt much better after just 1 class and will be adding it in at least one a week.

By opening hips we're looking at turning the toes outward, right? I'll give Yoga a shot, can't be much worse than it is currently for me, I can only turn my feet about 45 degrees each, maybe 60. Huge struggle while skating as mohawks and pivots get tricky.

The warrior pose will help your pivots/mohawks. I do my own version of the warrior where I put both feet out at 180°... basically an off-ice mohawk.

I do a few repetitions everyday during my lunch break. I get some funny looks, but it sure has helped my skating.
