What’s the word with him? Any chance he can be something decent?

So there is harm in asking people in here who have actually seen in him play if his skill set can or will translate to the NHL and be effective? The link pretty much just tells you his stats and that he is a minute muncher. I’d think 99% of college free agents were gunna slot right into the big leagues if I just went by stats.it almost like there should be a link in the op with all these details

i've seen him play a fair bit. he's a very good skater and is good in all three zones but he plays a physical game that may not translate to the pros where he'll be undersized compared to the ncaa
Troy Stetcher upside? I remember the concerns about Stetchers size and ability to adjust to the physicality in the NHL.
Stecher was always pretty stocky for a guy of his height. I had no problem with his lack of height because he played big and had good balance. That is what they said about Troy from Richmond; he is even smaller than Hirose.

You’re quoting a great person to add to the old ignore listSo there is harm in asking people in here who have actually seen in him play if his skill set can or will translate to the NHL and be effective? What a win it would be for the organization if that's what he developed into.Troy Stetcher upside? I remember the concerns about Stetchers size and ability to adjust to the physicality in the NHL.
Lots of undersized players in the nhl these days. Not really a thing anymore and hasn’t been in many years….Smaller under sized dman. 170lbs.sounds like an ahl move.

I think he was better than that. You can get the real Troy for free every year at barely more than league min. Spending a dollar to buy a dollar isn't a win.
