Those that are unaware, the NHL will have a 2nd lottery draft after the Qualifying playoff round to determine the rest of the spots (If the qualifying round is played, the seven teams that lost will be entered into the second lottery will be sorted out into spots nine through 15 in the draft order in reverse of points percentage from the 2019-2020 regular season.). The top 4 teams from each conference are exempt from the qualifying playoffs and therefore can't participate in the 2nd draft lottery.

There is still tons of uncertainty about the return of hockey, but I see many GMs are eager to get back which is great to see for the future of the league.
Trades and expiring UFA/RFA extensions are still on hold for the time being until we get confirmation that playoffs are actually happening.
If I did miss anything, please let me or Weyl know and we'll try our best to address it.
