We always have de facto honorable mentions because of guys who gets votes in the last few polls but don’t make the top 20. But I suspect this year’s honorable mentions might have been top 20 guys in past years.

Well, I haven't watched Ceulemans as much as you have but he didn't really stand out in these summer camp scrimmages. Interesting to see how "Ceulemans vs Mateychuk vs whoever Jackets D prospect" debate will change after 2023 WJC (fingers crossed both will make the team!)
