how dare a guy with great AHL numbers, a PPG in the WJC, and NHL experience be voted over a kid just drafted by Montreal who was ranked 10th pre-draft!!!

Im the first to say that its mighty impressive, but lets wait for him to play against men first. He was only ranked 10th pre-draft.

That said I dont mind if he goes here, but no way should he have gone "a while ago".

I feel like there's too many people from this years drafted getting voted in so early. There's alot of good prospects from past drafts who haven't hurt their stock that much if at all.

It would be interesting to see how different these polls would look if you couldn’t vote for your own team’s prospects. That way the largest fanbases couldn’t force their own guys in.

New toys and these guys were the only ones being talked about the last couple months so they are fresh in their minds.
