I'd think it has more to do with a lack of motivation to play too hard, this time of year, nobody wants to get injured right before the PO, maybe they should be putting in a little more effort than they are, but they probably figured Dallas on the 2nd night of a back to back with the denver air, they'll be fine at 50% speed
