Oh I get that.....but so many people are hung up on analytics I figured, "ah, what the hell...." And being on the losing end of reality, I am not convinced it is a good thing

Point is, the Oilers biggest void is between the pipes (or the goaltenders ears). If you are always playing from behind early on it sets the tempo for the rest of the game.

The Oilers outscored TBL/FLA/CAR 6-5 at 5-on-5 over the past three games. I'm gonna guess that's a lot better than most teams that have gone through this trip.
